One mala is 108 recitations. When a vidhi asks for a count of 1.5 lakh japa, that is roughly 1,500 malas.
The aasan is the place where you have installed the photo, in a particular space where you live. Once set, it is not to be changed. Keep it stable.
Printed photos of Batuka Bhairava, Batuka Swarnakarshana Bhairava, and Maa Adya Mahakali are released on the WhatsApp channel and as download links. To choose the photo suitable for you, watch the videos under the respective vidhis. For Maa, pick any original photo released by Guruji. Never an AI version. There is no separate photo for Maa Bhadrakali: all forms arise from her, so the Adya Mahakali photo is kept.
Any Bhairava kawach for Bhairava sadhaks, any Kali kawach for Kali sadhaks. If you are in Bhairava sadhana and Kali upasana, a Kali kawach is still fruitful, because ultimately that is where all Bhairava sadhaks go.
Make it a habit to feed the dogs outside your house whenever possible, whether you are in sankalpa or not. It is through the Vahana that one moves closer to Bhairava.

Take up the Swarnakarshana Bhairava vidhi for three Krishna Paksha Ashtamis to receive the Beeja Mantra.
